Floating Suction Lines / Units
Systems that allow product to be drawn from the top layer of liquid in a tank, just below its surface. This allows for drawing the cleanest product, minimizing the risk of sucking in water or sediment from the bottom of the tank.
- Types: Articulated (rigid, made of pipes and swivel joints) or hose-based (flexible, using specialized hoses).
- Selection: Depends on the medium, tank geometry, type of floating roof (if any), and required capacity.
- Materials: Stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel.
Swivel Joints
Essential components in the construction of loading arms, floating suction lines, and other movable pipeline connections. They provide a tight and free rotation of the connected sections.
- DN Range: We supply joints in a wide range of diameters, typically from DN25 to DN400 (larger on request).
- Materials and Seals: Selected for the medium, pressure, and operating temperature (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum; PTFE, Viton®, NBR seals, etc.).
- Repair Kits: We offer repair kits (seals, bearings) and a regeneration service for worn joints.
Mobile Breather Valve Test Bench
Automatic, mobile test bench for testing and calibrating breather valves (PVRV/PRV/VRV) directly at the tank site. Eliminates the need for valve removal and shipment to external laboratories.
- Equipment Features: Compact mobile design, automatic testing system, digital parameter recording, compliance with API 2000, EN ISO 28300 and other industry standards.

Conductive Strips (Shunts)
Flexible conductive strips used to ensure electrical continuity between the floating roof and the tank shell. A key element of protection against electrostatic discharges, meeting the requirements of standards (e.g., API RP 2003).

Floating Roof Drainage Systems
Complete systems for the effective removal of rainwater from the surface of external floating roofs (EFR), preventing excessive load on the roof and product contamination.
- Components: Flexible drain hoses, rigid pipes with swivel joints, check valves, siphons.
- Materials: Stainless steel, specialized plastics resistant to weather conditions and UV.
