Testing Methodology
We employ proven testing methodologies adapted to specific equipment types and operating conditions, ensuring reliable and repeatable results.
Tracer Gas Testing
Advanced testing using helium or other tracer gases with mass spectrometer detection, enabling detection of smallest leaks.
Tracer gas testing advantages:: High sensitivity, precise leak location, safe for equipment, environmentally friendly
Pressure Testing Methods
Pressure testing using compressed air or inert gases, monitoring pressure drops over specified time periods.
Gas Emission Measurement
Advanced method using multi-gas detectors for precise detection and measurement of various gas emissions from installations. We use specialized equipment capable of simultaneously monitoring several types of media with exceptionally high sensitivity.
- Multi-gas detection: Simultaneous detection of up to 4 different gases with cross-interference compensation and automatic calibration.
- High sensitivity: Ability to detect leaks as small as 1E-7 mbar·l/s with response time below 1 second.
- Applications: Control of refrigeration, air conditioning installations, fuel lines, compressed air systems and other gas installations.
